Baking Cookies

I've been trying to incorporate a craft or two each week for Josephine and I to do together. Last week we made coffee filter butterflies (thanks to Aunt Elizabeth for the idea)! This week we baked cookies for Daddy. I found a super simple (and pretty tasty) cookie recipe that a toddler can do. There are only 3 ingredients-1 box of cake mix, 1 egg, and 1 stick of butter. After each step Josephine would exclaim "I did it!"

We used rainbow sprinkle mix and it was delicious. Next time, chocolate!!
